What is FreeG?
FreeG, short for Free-running and Gymnastics, is a super cool mix of parkour, martial arts, and gymnastics. It's all about moving creatively and efficiently through any environment. It's not just a sport; it's a way of looking at the world as your personal playground. In our classes, we'll teach you how to:
- Jump: Learn to leap over obstacles with precision and land safely.
- Climb: Conquer walls and other structures using your body's strength.
- Vault: Master different techniques for getting over things smoothly.
- Roll: Learn how to fall and roll properly to absorb impact and prevent injury.
- Balance: Develop core strength and control for walking on beams and ledges.
Our classes are taught by experienced and certified coaches in a safe, padded, and controlled environment. We focus on building strength, coordination, and confidence while having a blast!
