COVID-19 Coronavirus

For the purposes of coronavirus restrictions, our Fentree Gully venue falls under the DHHS category of Indoor Community Sport. School incursions are governed by the DET, or for independent schools, the school leadership team.

In the event of a lockdown, or other restrictions prohibiting the running of classes at our Ferntree Gully venue:

• An announcment will be made on our facebook feed as soon as we have relevant information. Please monitor our Facebook page (facebook.com/movingmonkeysau)
• If you have a trial booking or reservation during the lockdown period, this will automatically be reassigned to the corresponding date / time when we re-open.
• The parent portal, and online trial bookings will be disabled. This is so we can track all sessions and people affected - Please don't be 'helpful' and remove yourself from sessions in the case of a government announcement. If you remove yourself, then the make-up session will be a normal make-up and subject to our normal make-up policy.
• At the end of the closure period, sessions paid for that are affected will be credited to your account in bulk as make-ups. Seperate to our normal make-up policy, forced closure make-ups
  • Can be carried over to the next school term
  • Can be used as a discount on the following terms invoice
• Once all sessions have been credited and assigned, the parent portal and online bookings will be re-enabled.
